Join our client's team in Washington, DC as a Graphics Coordinator! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining brand identity through the production and customization of marketing materials tailored to client inquiries. About the Job:

• Ensure brand consistency by using templates for marketing materials such as flyers, offering materials, maps, floor plans, and qualification packages.
• Organize and produce customized information packages for clients in response to RFIs and RFPs.
• Coordinate advertising schedules and placements with the local centralized marketing group.
• Arrange offsite meetings and conferences, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel and meeting room reservations.
• Update and maintain the CRM and various information databases, generate standard and ad-hoc reports, and assist with website updates as needed.
• Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS.) is required.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative professional level positions.
• 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in a Sales or Marketing department.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite is required.
• Proficiency in Web publishing using templates.

About the Position:

• $25/hr-$26/hr while temporary
• $55K-$60K when permanent
• Temporary to permanent position
• 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
