IN-HOUSE CORPORATE PARALEGAL/LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are working with a phenomenal Philly-based Investment Company who is looking for an In-House Paralegal / LAA to join it's growing team in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities include managing a variety of legal documents, tracking and organizing legal bills, managing calendars/schedules, maintaining corporate records and supporting compliance efforts.

Ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience supporting corporate/transactional Attorneys, as well as strong technology, organizational and communication skills.
