A well-respected insurance company is seeking a senior level attorney with experience supporting insurance business to join their general counsel's office. This role will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice regarding commercial insurance, including policy and contract construction, program structure, collateral requirements, reinsurance, and coverage issues
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad array of contracts and representing the company's interests in insurance-related negotiations and transactions with key clients
• Analyzing and identifying various sources of risk that can arise in a commercial insurance program

Qualified candidates will have 5 years of experience with insurance/reinsurance counseling; experience with another insurance company is preferred.
