Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced IP Legal Assistant to join the Cleveland office of a sophisticated and well respected full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support the firm's IP attorneys and patent agents with a large patent prosecution portfolio. The working hours are 8:30 - 4:30. Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Preparing, proofreading and revising various US and foreign patent prosecution documents including filings, responses, amendments, Information Disclosure Statements, and more;
• Corresponding with foreign associates;
• Filings documents with the USPTO;
• Entering attorney billable time and reviewing proformas;
• Performing initial conflicts checks;
• Coordinating case deadlines with the firm docketing department;
• Coordinating attorney travel arrangements;
• And more.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in patent prosecution;
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Experience with iManage, InTapp, and Chrome River are preferred but not required.
