Beacon Hill is Hiring a Junior Business Process Analyst Near Boston, MA
Our client in Downtown Boston is seeking a Junior Business Process Analyst to document current business processes. This role is 100% onsite.
- 6 months with opportunity to extend or convert permanent
- Rate is $35/hr
Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with team members to identify and implement business process improvements
- Conduct GAP analysis of enterprise applications and locate where possible consolidation.
- Create documents for knowledge base, user guides. Additionally, build out application resources needed for training and assist in the development of training materials as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.
- Demonstrates initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
- Visio diagraming workflows
- Knowledge of higher education core business processes highly desirable in one or more of the following areas - Student, Financial Aid, Finance, AP/AR)
-2-3 years of experience in Business Process Documentation
-Experience using Visio for process diagrams
-Knowledge of Business Applications
