Beacon Hill is working with a fast-growing boutique law firm in Atlanta seeking a junior litigation associate with an entrepreneurial mindset. Qualified candidates will have some background or exposure to commercial litigation, bankruptcy (chapters 11, 7, or 13), real estate litigation, contract disputes , or the like. This position will provide hands-on training and mentorship , sophisticated work , and the opportunity to be part of this firm's growth from the ground up.

Litigation Associate Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law with the State Bar of Georgia
• Demonstrated interest in bankruptcy and commercial litigation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work directly with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, etc.
