Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to assist with project management of creative projects from conception through rollout. This person will understand all the necessary details needed to deliver campaigns on time and meet client objectives.

This is a hybrid role based out of Framingham, MA for 3 days per week and 2 remote.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a Corporate Brand partner for departments in need of marketing support. * Listen, ask questions, and filter requests for marketing support through the appropriate channels. * Work on templated and annual projects (Ad requests, annual events, logos, digital signage updates). * Help maintain the Brand Resource Center and other intranet creative needs. * Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the way we work together and deliver results internally. * Work with other Marketing partners such as Project Managers, Art Buying, Studio, etc. to complete projects on time. * Assist on global Corporate strategic projects as needed, including the annual State of the Company events and presentations.
