Our client, a professional scientific association located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary On-Site Event Assistant to provide support on July 15th and 16th!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with multiple registration tasks including checking people in.
• Handing out name tags and welcome packets.
• Direct attendees to the proper area.
• Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Personable and friendly with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable with strong organization and collaboration skills.
• Able to adhere to a professional dress code.

Position Information:

• Pays $21/hr
• Temporary for July 15th and 16th.
• Shifts varying from 7:30am-8:00pm.
• 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
