One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Project Manger with the following skills and experience:

The job description provided appears to be for a Senior Project Manager position within the Program Management & Enabling Technologies team. This role involves overseeing various projects and initiatives related to the development and support of production technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Overseeing end-to-end operational and growth initiatives, including requirements gathering, scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Project Status Reporting: Ensuring clear reporting on project status, timelines, milestones, budget, and issues.
3. Critical Task Management: Prioritizing and escalating critical tasks, adjusting project plans as needed.
4. Technology Roadmap Development: Working with program management to define technology roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates.
5. KPI Dashboard Maintenance: Using tools like MS Power BI to maintain program metrics dashboards.
6. Process Improvement: Applying analytics and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies and risks and implementing improvements.
7. Documentation: Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management using both waterfall methodology.
• Experience in managing and developing teams for productivity and goal achievement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing technical operations teams (IT hardware engineers, software developers).
• Organizational Change Management experience
• Experience with Power BI and Data Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and organize work effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create presentations and workflow diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with organizational or change management.
• PMP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster.
