Our client, an asset management company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team! This role will be hybrid onsite in Boston, MA 3 days a week. This position will play a key role in facilitating the operational functions within the firm. This role will report to the Director of Investment Operations and be key to a the firms growth initiatives.

Operations Associate
Our client, an asset management company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team! This role will be hybrid onsite in Boston, MA 3 days a week. This position will play a key role in facilitating the operational functions within the firm. This role will report to the Director of Investment Operations and be key to a the firms growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor cash flows
- Generate and distribute reports
- Oversee settlements, resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with other teams
- Implementing and enhancing procedures
- Process investment transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
- 2 years experience in investment operations, asset management or related financial services role preferred
- Understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycle
