Our client, a political consulting group in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary part-time Receptionist to support their team through September!

About the Job:

• Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office.
• Answer phones (internal and external calls), direct callers, and take messages.
• Provide scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and manage office supplies.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.

About You:

• 2 years of administrative experience; professional services experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma is required; some undergraduate coursework is preferred.
• Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented/organized with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

About the Position:

• $20/hr-$25/hr
• Temporary through the end of September.
• Hours are 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Metro Accessible in Washington, DC.
