Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to support their busy leadership team in Arlington, VA!

About the Job:

• Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
• Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
• Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
• Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
• Track and prepare expense reports.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.

About You:

• 4 years of experience in an administrative or support role are required for this role.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office Products and Concur is required; must be tech savvy.

About the Position:

• $32/hr-$38/hr.
• Possibility of converting to permanent.

• Ability to work 100% on-site in Arlington, VA.
• On-site parking provided and metro accessible!
