Our client, a well-established nonprofit in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant who can grow into an Accounting Manager position overtime. The company offers a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring 1-2 days onsite after initial training.

This is a contract to hire position with an hourly pay ranging from $38-42/hour based on experience. Permanent conversion salary range is $80,000 - $90,000

Senior Accountant

• Perform month end close and general accounting
• Responsible for generation of monthly financial statements
• Grant accounting and budgeting

Required:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance related field
• 5 years relevant experience
• ERP and Strong Excel
• Nonprofit / grant accounting experience
