Key/Critical Skill: Kore.AI product Platform/Infrastructure

Required: Kore. AI (Infrastructure/Platform/Bots), Linux - Shell Scripting, Python, GitHub, Jenkins, Service now, Oracle and SQL Database, Java/JS, JMeter

Preferred: VXML, Nuance / Speech products, Voice platform, AWS / Open shift Cloud, SIP Messaging, Contact Center, Wire shark / Network traces, VM ware, Cyara

10 Years of experience in IT as a platform engineer

• High problem solving skills to handle, triage production issues.
• Handle L1, L2 and L3 for Kore.AI product and Nuance speech suites.
• Experiences in contact center products.
• Automation scripts. Develop internal tools and processes to maintain stability and performance of our infrastructure.
• Version upgrades and patches deployment for Kore.AI and Nuance
• Monitoring, Health Checks, Production SOP and documentation.
• Good communication skills to lead and resolve production issues.
• Dev sec ops skills with GitHub, Jenkins and automated release deployment.
• Ansible scripts.
• On call rotation.
• Performance testing.
• Gather, analyze, and report infrastructure platform data
• Able to customize alerts and monitors in Dynatrace & Splunk
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
• Extensive production support experience in troubleshooting and problem solving issues to keep our applications/platforms resilient and highly available
• Good experience in writing custom applications/scripts to enhance support capabilities
• Ability to work with Linux SA, VM ware, NAS, Network, Firewall, F5 and multiple vendors and infrastructure partners.
