Our client, a consulting firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Administrative Assistant to support their Government Affairs team starting ASAP!
About the Job:
* Draft correspondences and documents. Ensure secure document procedures are followed.
* Maintain/update calendars, arrange appointments, and help with office events/functions.
* Coordinate travel and process expenses.
* Perform mailing, copying, faxing, and time entry.
* Assist with office events, office functions, and other general administrative duties.
About You:
* 2 years of administrative assistant experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
* MS Office and Chrome River required and an ability to type 60 WPM.
* Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, and, at times, with little direction.
About the Position:
* $24/hr-$30/hr while temporary
* $60K-$75K, when permanent
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
* Starting ASAP!
