Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Buyer for an initial 6 month contract with a large diversified client in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of professional experience with sourcing, procurement, and/or purchasing. In this role, you will analyze proposals and quotes and select or recommend suppliers. We're seeking a candidate with strong negotiation skills and the ability conduct supplier quality audits and address non-conformance issues of vendors. You will also supervise the preparation of orders, schedule orders, and follow up on delivery dates. Candidates should have experience with Ariba or similar procurement/sourcing software.
Required Skills:
2 years of sourcing and procurement experience
Strong negotiation and vendor selection and management skills
