Beacon Hill is Hiring a Tax Assistant Near Nashua, NH
Responsibilities
- Process and manage payments and filings to ensure timely submission.
- Handle sales tax exemptions, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Process and respond to tax notices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with state departments regarding payments and notices to maintain compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings for executives and clerical work as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
