Our nationally recognized Financial Services client in Bethlehem, PA is looking for a polished and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team on a Contract Assignment ! They are looking for an Administrative professional to provide support with their client intake calls and administrative support throughout their office. Please see below for more details!

About You:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• 1 year of administrative or related experience.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven abilities in organization and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Job:

• Assist with answering inbound phone calls and directing calls as required.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Oversee the front desk while greeting individuals who arrive.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
