Job Summary

Beacon Hill is currently seeking candidates for a position located in Alpharetta GA for our client. The selected candidate will provide workplace operational support across a wide range of responsibility to ensure the workplace operations are delivered professionally and effectively.

Areas of experience will be in facility and maintenance, mail room, concierge, safety, administration support, events set-up and take-down, and office upkeep.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Knowledge and good experience of providing facilities or hospitality services within a corporate / professional environment
• Knowledge and understanding of providing superior customer service on a consistent basis
• Must be available for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift 30 pounds

IDEAL CANDIDATE / REQUIRED / PREFERRED EXPERIENCED :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Office Suite or similar computer software experience.
• Strong aptitude for learning new computer programs.
• Demonstration of a positive attitude and good verbal, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude are required.
