Beacon of LIFE’s mission is to provide the newest healthcare and social service choices for elders living in Monmouth County and Ocean County. The Beacon of LIFE center was established to deliver PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services. The PACE model is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community whenever possible.

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! Full-Time positions include a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO, 401k. and tuition reimbursement.

Position Summary:

Coordinates nursing care for participants 24/7 in the center, clinic and/or at the participants’ homes. Ensures the clinic operates daily in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services and physician. Delegates appropriately to Center Aides and Clinic Nursing Assistants. Provide care in the assessment room as needed including medication administration. Ensures medical equipment is available and in working order daily. Ensures the clinic and assessment room are stocked appropriately to meet regulations and participant needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Associate Degree RN

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree preferred. Professional Certification preferred.

Experience:

· Minimum 1 year experience working with the frail and elderly in acute, long-term care, ambulatory or community-based setting.

· Experience with paperless documentation preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

New Jersey RN License

BLS Certification

Valid New Jersey driver’s license and proof of insurance

Pay: $41.00 - $52.00 per hour
