Role : AR Specialist

Location : West Chester, PA

Pay : $29 - $31 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Allocate customer payments to the appropriate account
• Process credit card transactions, issue manual customer billing and credits
• Perform manual billing adjustments
• Balance AR / GL report
• Apply cash on a daily basis
• Maintain daily log of batched cash applications
• Assist with accounting monthly bank reconciliation and month end close process
• Build a relationship with internal and external sales representatives and inter-departmental members to support collection efforts

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of cash apps experience
• National manufacturing experience preferred
• Software : Excel
