HR Coordinator

Location Onsite in Santa Clara, CA

Pay : $25-27 / hr

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Coordinator assists with new hire orientation
  • HR Coordinator updates employee information
  • HR Coordinator assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
  • HR Coordinator coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
  • HR Coordinator prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • HR Coordinator must possess strong HRIS and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • HR Coordinator must have experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • HR Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • HR Coordinator must have a strong attention to detail
