Job Description

One of the country's leading revenue cycle management solutions firms is looking for a part time Medicaid Eligibility Specialist to join their growing team.

In this role, you will work onsite to screen uninsured patients for potential program eligibility for Medicaid and other available funding sources.

You will assist the patient in completing required applications and gathering additional documentation. The Eligibility Specialist will coordinate working with local Department of Health and Human Services offices and / or other state / government offices, in an effort to determine programs eligibility.

The position is part time M-F. 25hrs a week. 5 hours a day. Have the flexibility to choose your schedule but it needs to be consistent

Pay rate : $18-20 / hr (based on experience)

Location : Washington, PA

Required

1) Customer service experience. Needs to be comfortable speaking to patients. Healthcare is a plus

2) Eager to learn and grow a career in healthcare

3) Ability to pass background check, child abuse clearance, and drug test
