Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

Title : Office Administrator

Location : Gypsum, CO

Compensation : $20-24 / hr

Hours : 8-5 M-F

Duties :

  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Provide information and updates on quotes and statuses to callers.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Accurately enter data into the system, including but not limited to quotes and other essential information.
  • Enter quotes into the system and ensure all information is accurately recorded and updated.
  • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Oversee the general upkeep and organization of the office space, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and office management software.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
