Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Title : Receptionist

Location : Lakewood, CO (100% in Office)

Compensation : $19-20 / hr

Hours : 8-5 M-F

Contract Period : 1 month

Key Responsibilities :

• In a friendly, professional and hospitable manner answers incoming calls and ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the Home Office location, company website and other related information
• Greets and announces visitors to the Home Office
• Opens, sorts and distributes the mail; date stamps invoices and prepares for pickup
• Performs a variety of clerical duties and accounts payable support activities such as :
• Audit store closeouts
• Reconcile daily paperwork from the stores
• Matching invoices to checks and verifying accuracy
• Interfiling invoices ready for payment
• Filing vendor checks
• Maintaining vendor files and file rotation to the warehouse

Qualifications :

1 years of customer service experience
