• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in computer science,

Requirements:

• 5 years of IT Business Analysis Experience

• Expertise in User Story Development

• Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language

• Experience in Government IT projects

• Experience in the Human Services field Must

• Experience with projects for system replacement and/or upgrade

• Experience using Azure Dev Ops preferred

• Knowledge (BABOK) Guide and Agile/SCRUM processes.

• International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification at the CCBA or CBAP level Must
