Beador Construction Company, Inc. is Hiring an Office Operations Administrator Near Costa Mesa, CA

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office personnel.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, opening incoming mail, filing, preparing weekly reports
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Supporting Management team
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed. Office Administrator Requirements:
  • 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Excellent Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and able to multi-task is a must
  • Maintaining bid calendar and assisting with bidding process

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Experience:
