Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling, supervising, and managing construction projects, particularly in the pipeline industry. Duties: - Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site - Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines are met - Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Supervise and lead a team of construction workers - Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards - Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid for project management Experience: - Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in project scheduling and management - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Knowledge of pipeline construction processes - Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards Preferred Skills: - Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid software - Strong project management skills - Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in the construction industry.
