Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, product features, and delivery options
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate
technical sales information to customers
- Ability to be told no several times and still ask for someone's business
- Ability to be held accountable
- Ability to find property managers, property owners, maintenance supervisors, or persons responsible for lawn care agreement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and close sales deals
