Beanstalk is looking for a Store Manager to join our NE Fremont Beanstalk Team! The successful candidate will work closely with our SE location Manager to support the staff and the stores to achieve a positive work culture/environment, increased monthly sales growth as well as overseeing the daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 5 years working in a retail management or lead position
• Working in resale is helpful but not required.
• Excellent customer service and success building customer relationships
• Thrive working with customers and teamwork in a retail environment
• Proficient typing skills
• Basic POS (point of sale) and computer experience

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and lead daily operations including regular employee reviews, hiring, training and general day to day work tasks.
• Leading, guiding and supporting team with clarity, consistency and kindness
• Maintain inventory levels within stores, including managing inventory control, auditing, and reporting requirements.
• Responding to customer and co-workers in a timely and professional manner
• Being open and adaptable to the constant changes in a retail environment
• Being an example to others in creating a positive work environment
• Being a curious problem-solver
• Valuing sustainability in the form of recycling, repurpose, resale, resourceful and reuse

Hours:

• FT hours are 37-40 hrs per wee

Applicant must be able to:

• Work general schedule of Tuesdays through Saturday with flexibility to fill in other days when needed
• Be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 40 lbs
