Beanstalk Preschool, near Center City Philadelphia is hiring a Part-time afternoon Toddler Teacher. (12:00pm to 6:00pm, 2:00 to 6:00pm) $300 Signing Bonus Offered to Qualified Applicants!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a safe and loving environment for children in his/her care
• Lesson Planning and Implementation
• Verbally engage and play with the children throughout the day
• Feeding, Toileting or Diaper Changing as needed
• Soothe children when needed
• Put children down for nap time
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Two Years Experience with Toddlers in a Child Care Center
• Effective child and parent communication
• Passion for educating and nurturing young children
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds if needed
• Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
• Bilingual is a plus

COMPENSATION:
