Are you a passionate individual seeking to grow with a dynamic team? At our boutique pediatric dental clinic, we are looking for a dedicated individual to become part of our dental family. This position offers a unique opportunity to fulfill the roles of a patient coordinator and dental assistant in a supportive and vibrant environment!

Positions Available: 1

Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (Saturday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)

Days: Must be available on the following days for full-day shifts:

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Every other Saturday

Part Time: Candidates must be available for the full day shift

Requirements:

This unique position combines the roles of a Patient Coordinator and Dental Assistant. We're seeking someone who's not only a hard worker but also possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with an upbeat and friendly personality. Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role. While dental/medical experience is preferred, it's not a requirement.

Education:

• Associate degree
• Bachelor's degree
• Higher levels of education are welcome

Training: We offer fully paid training for candidates with no previous dental experience. Entry-level or pre-dental students are also encouraged to apply.

Long-Term Commitment: We're looking for a candidate interested in a long-term position, preferably someone who can commit to at least one year.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling patients
• Collecting payments
• Checking insurance benefits and allowances
• Confirming patient appointments
• Enhancing patient satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness in waiting areas and clinic rooms
• Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures
• Taking and developing dental radiographs (Digital & PSP)
• Sterilizing instruments and following proper infection control
• Ordering and maintaining dental supplies

Salary: We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.

Entry Level: $18-22 / Hour

Intermediate Level: $23-25 / Hour

• Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical clinic or Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

Senior Level: $26 or higher / Hour

• Eligibility: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a dental or medical clinic
