40 hr medical records/cental supplies

Position Summary: Creates new medical records and retrieves existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents; inputing and recording information in computer; delivery records.

Central supplies: Evaluate the facility resident care supply needs and maintain adequate resident care supplies. Identify type and amount of each item to be stocked. Collect data on the amount of supplies needed from each resident care area.
