Per Diem

Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions has immediate openings for CNA's looking to work in our Long Term Care Facilities located in the Andover, MA area.

We are an internal staffing agency for Bear Mountain Healthcare. With 13 facilities located throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we are able to assist the facilities in fulfilling their staffing needs with our per diem pool of nurses and CNAs.

Qualifications:

• CNA Certification in the state of MA in good standing
• Fully Vaccinated and Booster required per MA regulations
• Good attendance
• At least 6 months experience as a CNA
• Reliable transportation

Pay Rates:

• $21 per hour (8 hour shifts)
• $29 per hour (12 hour shifts)

Shift Differentials:

• Mon-Thurs 3-11 or 11-7: $4 extra per hour
• Fri-Sun 7-3: $4 extra per hour
• Fri-Sun 3-11 or 11-7: $8 extra per hour

Andover, Reading, Lowell, Sudbury, Worcester, Mattapan, West Roxbury, Springfield, West Springfield, East Longmeadow and Great Barrington MA.
