Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions has immediate openings for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) looking to work in our Long Term Care Facilities located in Sudbury, MA.

We are an internal staffing agency for Bear Mountain Healthcare. With 13 facilities located throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we are able to assist the facilities in fulfilling their staffing needs with our per diem pool of nurses and CNAs.

We are looking for motivated, creative, and passionate healthcare workers to join our team and help provide professional care for our family of residents.

Pay Rates:

• $21/hr for 8hr shifts
• $29/hr for12hr shifts
  

  Shift Differentials:

  Monday-Thursday:

  • 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $4/hr

  Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

  • 7-3: Extra $4/hr
  • 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $8/hr

  Job Requirements:

  • Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of MA.
  • Must have at least 6 months experience as a CNA.
  • Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, per MA regulations.
