Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions has immediate openings for CNA's looking to work in our Long Term Care Facilities located in the West Roxbury area.

We are an internal staffing agency for Bear Mountain Healthcare. With 13 facilities located throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we are able to assist the facilities in fulfilling their staffing needs with our per diem pool of nurses and CNAs.

We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate CNAs to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Shifts Available:

Day shift, Evening Shift

• 8 hour shifts (7a-3p or 3p-11p)
• Weekday and Weekend shifts available

Pay Rates:

8 hour shifts: $21 per hour

12 hour shifts: $29 per hour

Shift Differentials:

Monday-Thursday:

• 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $4 per hour

Friday, Saturday and Sunday:

• 7-3: Extra $4 per hour
• 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $8 per hour

Job Requirements:

• MA License
• 1 year of prior experience working as a CNA in a skilled LTC setting preferred, though not required. Strong orientation plan and designated mentors (many with 10 years nursing experience) in place to help those with limited experience feel confident in our setting!
• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, per MA regulations.
