Bear Mountain Staffing Services is Hiring a Contract Nurse (IMMEDIATE OPENING) Long-Term Care Near Hanover, NH

We have immediate openings for a contract LPN or RN looking to work at Hanover Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Pay rate: $54/hour

Shift differentials:

Mondays-Thursdays:

  • 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $4 per hour

Fridays-Sundays:

  • 7-3: Extra $4 per hour
  • 3-11 or 11-7: Extra $8 per hour

Schedule and shifts available:

  • 12 hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)
  • 6-week full-time contract

Requirements:
-Valid nursing license in the state of NH
-At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care facility or nursing home
-Covid-19 vaccination

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care according to established nursing care plans

- Perform and document patient assessments

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care

- Utilize case management skills to coordinate patient care
