Bear Paddle Services is Hiring a FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST Near Hills, IL

Description:

The Front Desk Receptionist is dedicated to the customer service and needs of families, creating a fun experience, and the ability to provide salesmanship and closing swim lessons sales. The Front Desk is the main information center for all Bear Paddle offerings. This includes assisting families with giving tours, closing prospect lead families with enrolling, scheduling, selling program offerings and answering questions.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure the family experience is Dedicated to Safety, Fun, and Results Driven
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment
  • Ensure a positive working environment for customers and team members
  • Ensure quality Bear Paddle Customer Service and knowledge of all program offerings
  • Provide courteous and effective communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person
  • Provide tours and help to direct families throughout the facility
  • Complete prospect leads and sales calls to drive student enrollment
  • Complete daily operational duties while following the Quarter Curriculum with specific week by week focus

Front Desk Specialist reports to Swim School Manager and Customer Service & Sales Manager

Requirements:
  • Background check required
  • Consistent and reliable
  • Customer service and effective verbal communication
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • 2 years administration or sales experience preferred
