Responsibilities
- Make sure the family experience is Dedicated to Safety, Fun, and Results Driven
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment
- Ensure a positive working environment for customers and team members
- Ensure quality Bear Paddle Customer Service and knowledge of all program offerings
- Provide courteous and effective communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person
- Provide tours and help to direct families throughout the facility
- Complete prospect leads and sales calls to drive student enrollment
- Complete daily operational duties while following the Quarter Curriculum with specific week by week focus
Requirements
- Background check required
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Customer service skills and effectunication with Parents, Students, and fellow Team Members
- A minimum of two shifts with consistent availability, including one weekend day
- 2 years administration or sales experience required
- 401k, medical and dental insurance for FT employees
- Free swim lessons for immediate family members
- Pay rate starting at $14/hr
