Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategy, including defining product features and specifications.
• Analyze data to derive insights and make informed recommendations for product improvements and innovations.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for product enhancement.
• Help prepare and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product requirements.
• Support project management tasks, including tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our products against industry standards and competitors.
• Participate in customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate product ideas.
• Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers.

This role is NON-PAID INTERNSHIP, and virtual, however, based on the need for travel as we grow, we may ask you to travel to meet with key stakeholders or other co-founders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management and technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
