Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user interfaces that are visually appealing and enhance user experience.
• Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather feedback.
• Analyze research findings to improve and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
• Assist in maintaining and updating design systems and style guides.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance design skills.

This role is NON-PAID INTERNSHIP, andvirtual, however, based on the need for travel as we grow, we may ask you to travel to meet with key stakeholders or other co-founders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong passion for building
