Three-person design firm on the first block of Newbury Street seeks a full-time Interior Design Assistant to the Principal Interior Designer. We offer full benefits; salary is commensurate with experience. 

Our cozy office is always running fast with multiple ongoing design installations, both short- and long-term. You’ll be working closely with the Principal to coordinate logistics, including:

- researching product specifications and availability

- generating a high volume of purchasing paperwork

- coordinating complex delivery schedules

- maintaining accurate and detailed project files and timelines

- keeping clients and vendors apprised of new developments

Experience in the interior design field is preferable. Additionally, as part of a small team working in a creative industry, you should be prepared to undertake the regular special assignments and solve unexpected problems under tight deadlines.
