Description
VOTER REGISTRATION & ELECTIONS SPECIALIST - Part Time (Board of Voter Registration & Elections Bluffton Satellite and / or Beaufort) : Provide administrative support federal, state, and local elections in accordance with federal, state, and local ordinances.
Assists with all voter registration and election activities.
Typical Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field and one (1) year office administrative experience
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to type
Must obtain and maintain valid SC Election Commission certification within eighteen (18) months of employment
Previous election / voter registration experience desired
Supplemental Information
All applicants tentatively selected for a position with Beaufort County Council will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for the illegal use of drugs and to a background check prior to appointment.
