Description

Provides all administrative/secretarial support as assigned/requested by the Director of Plant Services, Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance personnel, including bio-med. To include typing, dictation, filing, spreadsheets, work orders, purchase orders, office supplies and bi-weekly payroll hours for Plant Services. Maintaining computer and manual filing systems, as well as employee files.
Position Requirements

Education:

• High school graduate preferred.

Experience:

• Three to five years of related experience
