The Account Coordinator works directly with the Account Management team in supporting the administration of multiple brands. This position will assist the team in maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners to improve client retention and program profitability and success.

The Account Coordinator will report to an Account Manager and will work cross-departmentally with our internal teams to ensure concise and timely communication of all information.

To excel in this position, you must be professional, highly organized, and adopt a communication style based upon audience level, style, and situation with excellent multi-level communication skills. A passion for all categories within beauty – color, skincare, hair, sun, nails, and devices is a MUST!

This opportunity is onsite Monday-Friday at our corporate office in Newport Beach, CA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete the survey trends in preparation for status reports and bi-weekly client calls
  • Ensure the timely delivery of new client launch materials
  • Gather sales reports from brands on a weekly basis and upload to our company sales dashboard
  • Prepare BA address lists with door/retailer count for monthly gratis shipments
  • Prepare shipments to Brand Ambassadors as needed
  • Assist in gathering necessary information for status reports and bi-weekly client calls
  • Track BA questions from surveys and ensure the necessary answers from clients are gathered and feedback is provided to BAs
  • Assist in preparing necessary training communication to the field team
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with assigned client partners
  • Maintain internal marketing calendars to ensure timely receipt of information from clients
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all brand commitments are properly articulated
  • Adjust surveys on the client portal as needed
  • Ensure all brand sales goals are entered monthly
  • Backup point person for client calls
  • Gather brand ambassador feedback and information in response to brand partner requests
  • Support the education team with weekly reporting
  • Maintain branded formats and documentation with company communication
  • Attend client/retailer meetings as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have beauty experience or a passion for beauty
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2–4-year equivalent experience
  • Account coordinator with beauty experience preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Preference for working in small, collaborative teams
  • Highly organized
  • Flexible/adaptable to dynamic environments
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage various priorities and change directions quickly
  • Professional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
