We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design. You will be responsible for creating visual content for various packaging, print and digital mediums. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist design team to execute visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for packaging, print and digital mediums including but not limited to packaging die-lines, production file organization, website graphics, social posts, emails, digital ads, POPs, and various print collateral.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and internal design partners to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Presenting design concepts and ideas to internal teams and incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Ensuring that all designs meet and align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/technique where needed.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' proven experience as a graphic designer in a similar role. Beauty experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Abode Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Microsoft 365
• Experience in typesetting, outputting artwork files for print, and general design production.
• Strong understanding of packaging and production, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
