Senior Graphic Design Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design and digital graphics. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous design platforms across digital, video and print. This role is responsible for capturing the BBI Brands’ look and voice through a variety of channels and across mediums (including product and model photoshoots, packaging, digital design, email, and in-store displays).

This position plays a key executional role in creating, conceptualizing and collaborating with key members for all digital and print assets, the ideal candidate must be well versed in modern digital platforms with a keen eye for design, typography and digital trends.

What You’ll Do:

Senior Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital mediums including but not limited to website graphics, social posts, emails, digital ads, POPs, print collateral.
• Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets.
• Ensuring that all designs meet align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/techniques where needed.
• Occasionally designing packaging and visual merchandising materials.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 5 -7 years’ proven experience as a graphic designer in a similar role.
• Beauty experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite
• (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and photography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
