Beauty In Color is a pioneering African Futurism brand that empowers women through a luxury fine art photography experience. Our mission is to celebrate and elevate the diverse beauty of women, blending traditional African elements with futuristic concepts to create stunning and meaningful art.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portrait Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales through client photo selection and package purchase guidance, ensuring transparency, satisfaction, and continuous improvement in client interactions.

Compensation: Base pay Commisions ( 5% - 15% of every sale )

Working Hours: US business hours, Monday through Saturday

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Conduct engaging Photo Reveal sessions, presenting photos with clarity and enthusiasm to drive sales.

- Utilize sales techniques to assist clients in selecting preferred photos, providing personalized guidance and support.

- Offer expert advice on various package options, upselling and cross-selling to facilitate informed client decisions.

- Accurately document special retouching instructions, custom package preferences, and rush delivery requests.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding custom package substitutions and associated fees to maximize sales opportunities.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion, including strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market research to drive revenue and brand awareness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact to post-sales support, and fostering loyalty and repeat business.

- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and continuously improve sales processes and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including photographers, marketing, and customer service to align sales and business development efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales and business development.

- Experience in the photography industry is a plus.

- Strong understanding and ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
