Position Summary
The Director of Project Management/Inside Sales heads the Sales and Project Management teams to create a long-term successful partnership with our customers. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong customer relationship and integrating the key factors of the relationship into the day-to-day operations of the company from new project management to replenishment. The Director manages a team of Sales and Project Managers that drive cross-functional collaboration across departments. The position is a critical contact for customers to ensure high-level collaboration.
The Director is responsible for development of KPIs that drive performance and evaluation based on those metrics. The position ensures the alignment of department execution that supports the company goals and strategic initiatives by creating strategies for the team.
As head of the department, the position sets the standard for their team to create a culture of efficiency, partnership, and quality. The Director develops and manages the budget for their team, including sales forecasts that drive company decisions.
