Job Description: Hydrafacial, a leading medical device company, seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is a temporary-to-hire position onsite in Long Beach, California. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits across various departments to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO13485:2016, MDSAP, UKC). Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Document audit findings and prepare detailed audit reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for external audits conducted by regulatory bodies and certification agencies. Conduct supplier audits to evaluate their quality management systems, processes, and compliance with industry standards. Assess the risk associated with suppliers and ensure they meet Hydrafacial’s quality requirements. Maintain and update supplier audit records and follow up on corrective actions as needed. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audit findings. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on audit processes and regulatory compliance. Support Quality System functions Support Quality Operations functions Other duties as needed HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: College degree required AND 3-5 years of experience in auditing within the medical device or related industry. Certification in auditing (e.g., ISO 13485 Lead Auditor) is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO13485:2016, MDSAP, UKC). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Every person here is a key player in our success. (Base Salary Pay Range: $78,000 - $87,000) An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
